Our yoga drop in classes offer a comprehensive learning experience. The classes are conducted in the morning and evenings, for around 1 to 1.5 hours, six days a week. Sundays are closed.

All necessary equipment, including hammocks, ropes, rigging, and other aerial yoga tools are provided by AdiYogum itself. Need to come in comfortable clothes and with an open mind to learn something new and enjoy your class.
