Recently completed my yoga teacher training at Adiyogam in Goa, and it was an incredible journey. The instructors are highly skilled and passionate about yoga, and they create a supportive environment for learning and growth. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering all aspects of yoga philosophy, asanas, and teaching methodology.
