PAVITHRA SHETTY
Pranayama & Meditation
Pavithra Shetty is a professionally trained and qualified yoga instructor who works out of Bangalore. It was in the year 2019 when she first began her studies of Yoga, and she has been instructing ever since. It was yoga that started the fire of transformation within her, and after receiving her certification in Hatha yoga, she went on to pursue Ashtanga vinyasa and Iyengar yoga from some of the most renowned instructors in Mysore. Yoga was the spark that ignited the fire of transformation within her. Pavithra is of the opinion that the practise of breath work, in conjunction with Vinyasa, reawakens the vital force and paves the way for more profound states of meditation.
Her area of expertise is imparting to others, via the practises of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, the ability to subdue the turmoil that resides inside them and evolve into the most fulfilled and healthy version of themselves. She is of the opinion that the key to real freedom is cultivating awareness and learning to act as the observer of one’s own thoughts, which enables one to approach each new day with a sense of grateful navigation. Through the practise of yoga, she hopes to encourage others to recognise their innate capacity for healing and to open themselves up to the delight of experiencing life to its fullest.

Shreya
Kundalini and Meditation Teacher
(1500+ RYT, Kriya and Kundalini Sadhaka )
Shreya is a traveler, classical and latin ballroom dancer, fitness enthusiast, social cause contributor, and holistic health advocate.
From the start, she loved Yoga because it made her feel better physically, spiritually, and mentally by performing things she never thought she could on her mat. She swears by breath-related fluidity. Her mother, a yoga teacher, took her to her first session at 13. Her yoga adventure began 20 years ago and became a passion and lifestyle. She is appreciative for the practice that helped her overcome her vulnerabilities and struggles throughout life. She studied yoga with Bharat Shetty, Hansanji, Parveen Nair, and Ravi Bisht to give back to the field. Her different Himalayan, Mysore, Singapore, and Bali teachers inspire her. She advises on diet, lifestyle, ayurveda, and divine feminine awakening in addition to yoga.
Shreya believes yoga should continue in one’s thoughts, words, and actions after class. Yoga is for everyone, and despite its ancient roots, it is incredibly relevant and beneficial in today’s stressful, chaotic, and tough environment.
Vipassana, Kriya Yoga, and other meditations helped her discover her profound understanding. Her classes aim to integrate body and mind and leave students feeling rejuvenated, nourished, and balanced. Her lesson usually combines asanas, pranayama, chanting, and meditation. Recommended for beginning yoga students seeking an exciting experience.
