BHARATH RAM
[Master of Science in Yoga/QCI Level II/ 500 ERYT]
Founder and Director of “ADIYOGAM”
A strong believer of Nataraja (Lord Shiva/Pure being) who is known as the Master of Dance and also source of Yoga(Adi Yogi). I believe Yoga and Dance go hand in hand, everything in this universe is dancing i.e. in continuous motion, in coordination with energy (vital force).
My sincere Yoga journey started in the year of 2015 though was connected with Yoga since my childhood, after completion of masters in Yoga, my dimension and perspective on Yoga has changed completely. Yoga is not merely physical or breath workout it’s a ‘work in’. Yoga uses the body and mind as tools to go beyond the body and mind.
I was going through hell like things in my personal and professional and even social life but I have never gone into the state of so-called depression! (This credit goes to Yoga). Never approach Yoga with a precise gross goal, it's beyond your goals, it's beyond the materialistic world. Practice Yoga sincerely without expecting the results and you can see the changes in front of you.
Travelled few countries and hosted Yoga Teacher Training, workshops, and Yoga retreats. Expertise in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, etc Specialized in Shat karma (6 cleansing techniques), advanced Pranayama, special Meditation techniques from the tantra, Yogic Anatomy, and Yogic philosophy).
